Cancellation policy:

Your order cannot be revised or cancelled after completion of your online payment.

Return policy:

We shall use our best efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled and shall deal with any discrepancies in the following manner, provided they are reported by sending WhatsApp to 5575 3822 within one hour of delivery of the products:

• If any product proves to have been delivered in a damaged condition, or if a product which was ordered and charged is not included in the delivery, or if an incorrect product is delivered in that product’s place PLFHCL shall, at your option, either refund you the value of that product or deliver the product at no cost to you.
• If any product which was not included in your order is delivered to you by mistake, PLFHCL reserves the right to collect the incorrect product at no charge to you.
• If you are charged more than the value of a product, PLFHCL shall refund you the difference.

Refund policy:

All sold goods are non-refundable.

Delivery policy:

We shall use our best efforts to fulfill orders submitted through the Online Ordering service, but PLFHCL shall not be liable to any person if PLFHCL shall decline to fulfill an order for whatever reason, or if PLFHCL is unable to supply some or all of an order because of an unforeseen change to the products or because a product or an ingredient is unavailable.

Delivery will be suspended when a black rainstorm or typhoon signal No.8 or higher is hoisted.
